Try a delicious cold frothy beer and a tantalizing cocktail all rolled into one. Fossil Creek’s Summer Beer is the best way to roll in the summer this

Cocktail recipe for adults 21 and over only. Please drink responsibly.

Ingredients:
4 ice cubes
1 (6 ounce) can of frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (12 ounce) shock top beer
12 fluid ounces of vodka

Instructions:
Crush the ice in a blender. Pour in the lemonade concentrate, beer and vodka. Blend until smooth. Pour into frozen glasses and serve.

Ingredients:
6 fluid ounces of orange juice
2 ½ fluid ounces of Skyy Vanilla Vodka
Ice Cubes

Instructions:
Place orange juice and vodka into a shaker and add a scoop of ice. Cover and shake until the outside is frosty. Strain into a glass and serve.

Your friends at Fossil Creek enjoy creating delicious cocktails for your holidays and events. But, sometimes it’s just as fun to infuse our cocktails into our desserts for some extra flavor. Try Fossil Creek’s signature Cocktail S’mores for a delicious adult twist on this classic campfire treat. Since these treats do require baking you will have to make these prior to the camping trip, but they are worth the extra effort. Don’t believe us? Bake some today and see for yourself!

Ingredients:
2 2/3 cups flour
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda (leave out for a more crispy treat)
1 tsp salt (kosher)
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup dark brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla bean paste (or pure extract)
2 tbsp Kahlua
2 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
7-8 Hershey bars, 16 oz (milk or special dark, regular or 4XL bars)
6 cups miniature marshmallows
2-3 tbsp Tullamore D.E.W. Irish whiskey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Generously grease or spray pan with a non-stick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugars. Beat on medium until light and fluffy for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating with each addition. Add the vanilla, Kahlua and Baileys. Beat to combine.
  5. With the mixer on the lowest speed, gradually add the flour mixture. Mix until just combined and finish by hand.
  6. Press ½ the dough in the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove from the oven.
  7. Arrange a single layer of the Hershey bars over the bottom layer, breaking the bars as needed. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the chocolate bars.
  8. Gently scatter the remaining batter over the marshmallows with a cobble stone effect. Sprinkle the Irish Whiskey over the batter.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top layer is lightly browned and just a bit of marshmallow is oozing out of the top. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

This year make the celebration of S’mores Day part of your summer festivities. Fossil Creek recommends that you take the time out of your hectic schedule to spend some time with your closest friends and family around a campfire. Roast marshmallows with the kids to create a tradition s’mores treat and later the adults can enjoy our signature cocktail, Fossil Creek’s Liquid S’mores.

Ingredients:
1 ounce Three Olives Chocolate Flavored Vodka
2 ounces of Smirnoff Marshmallow Infused Vodka
1 ounce Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur
1 ounce crème de cacao
2 ounces of heavy cream Toasted marshmallow for garnish
Crushed graham cracker for garnish
Chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions:
Spread the chocolate syrup onto a plate. On a separate plate, spread the crushed graham crackers. Take the martini glass and dip the rim in the syrup and then onto the crushed graham crackers. Toast a marshmallow on a wooden skewer and set it aside. In a shaker, combine Three Olives Chocolate Flavored Vodka, Smirnoff Marshmallow Infused Vodka, Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur, crème de cacao, and heavy cream with ice. Shake well until blended. Pour into prepared glass and garnish with the toasted marshmallow on the skewer.

Summer always reminds us of delicious cold treats like popsicles, ice cream, and floats. There is no reason why these sweet cool treats should end once we become adults. It only means that we can give our old favorites some new delightful twists. Take Fossil Creek’s White Chocolate Martini. This is sure to delight all chocolate lovers.

Ingredients:
½ ounce of Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka
1 ounce of White Chocolate Liqueur
2 ounce heavy cream
white chocolate shavings for garnish
ice

Instructions:
Add Smirnoff’s Vanilla Vodka, ice, white chocolate liqueur and cream to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Add white chocolate shavings for garnish.

Fossil Creek Liquor recommends responsibly combining the celebration of the Fourth of July with your traditional back yard BBQs and holiday socializing by trying our clever, fun and refreshing red white and blue cocktail recipe from North Texas! Bring this drink recipe to the party and create your own culinary fireworks!

Patriotic Punch Ingredients

Ingredients:
3-ounce vodka
1 ounce Blue Curacao
2 1/2 ounce unfiltered apple juice
1 1/2 ounce lime juice
jicama
raspberries

Instructions:
Let’s prepare the jicama first. Cut a jicama in half and save the other half in the fridge. Lay the cut side down on a cutting board. Use a chef’s knife to cut down at an angle to cut the skin off. You will take a bit of the jicama with it but that can’t be helped. Now you have a skinned jicama. Keep the jicama with the cut side down and make slices that are about 1/4″ thick. See the photo for an idea of the thickness. Now push straight down with a small star cookie cutter. Put all of the jicama stars and pieces in a container such as a measuring cup and cover them with water. They will keep days in the fridge like this. Now for our cocktail. Mix the vodka, Blue Curacao, apple juice, lime juice together. It’s potent! Fill a tall glass with ice and intersperse with a few raspberries and jicama stars. Pour the cocktail mix over the ice and serve with raspberries on a toothpick and a star on the rim. Happy holiday!

Fossil Creek Liquor came up with the idea of combining whiskey, and mint with cilantro and/or basil to usher in summer Memorial Day festivities with an authentic effervescent Texas cocktail recipe. Ingredients:
4 to 6 fresh mint leaves
sprig of mint, cilantro, basil or all of the above!
1 teaspoon fine sugar
3 ounces bourbon whiskey (Rebecca Creek, Texas Silver Star or
Jack Daniels recommended)
Fresh sprig of mint, cilantro, and/or basil

Instructions:

Ingredients:
2 ounces rum
Chilled Mexican Pepsi ( or Mexican Coke if more sweetness desired)
Mild red chile powder
Lime Slice / wedge
Green Chile Pepper wedge (fire-scale to taste)

Instructions:

Fossil Creek Liquor came up with a simple version of the traditional ‘Whiskey Sour’— combining whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and cherries to usher Dad into the summer festivities in his honor! Whiskey Sour Ingredients

Ingredients:
2 parts bourbon or rye whiskey
1 part simple syrup (sweet)
1 part lemon Juice (sour)
Garnish: Maraschino cherry

Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a Boston or cobbler shaker. Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass or martini glass, garnish with a cherry and serve. Serves 1.

Ingredients:
2 parts Basil Hayden’s Bourbon
1 part Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 part Agave Syrup
1 Egg White
3 Sage Leaves
4 Pink Peppercorns

Instructions:
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and muddle the sage leaves and pink peppercorns. Add ice and shake it. Double strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with a sage leaf.Serves 1.
