(Serves 1)
After your Thanksgiving feast you may want to relax over a cup of coffee while you catch up with your family. Try this butterscotch flavored coffee cocktail for a twist.

Cocktail recipe for adults 21 and over only. Please drink responsibly.

Ingredients:
1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
1 ounce Bailey’s Irish cream
Hot Coffee
Whipped cream (for topping)
A dash of Nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions:
Pour the Butterscotch schnapps and Bailey’s Irish Cream into a coffee cup. Fill the cup the rest of the way with hot coffee. Garnish with whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.

Everybody knows that the Easter Bunny brings us eggs. What they don’t tell you is that the eggs have a different and more delicious adult purpose for fun on this holiday. Try out our special recipe for an egg cream beverage with your dessert this Easter night.

Ingredients:
12 ozs semi sweet chocolate chips
4 whole eggs
1 dash salt
1 tbsp grand marnier
1 cup coffee (hot strong)
1 tbsp grand marnier
whipped cream (fresh, serving)
orange peel (thinly sliced, garnish)

Instructions:
1. 12 oz of semi sweet chocolate chips to a blender
3. Sprinkle in 1 dash of salt
4. Add in 1 tbsp Grand Marnier
5. Pulse the mixture a few times to blend it
6. Slow drizzle very hot coffee into the blender while blender is on.
7. Blend until smooth and then turn off blender
8. Pour the mixture into demitasse cups or champagne glasses.
9. Chill drinks in the fridge until they are cold and set
10. Top each drink with whipped cream before serving
