Ingredients:
1 ounce Ciroc Vodka
1 ½ ounce pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon elderflower liqueur
1 splash of Moet Champagne
1 orchid blossom

Instructions:
Stir all of the ingredients over ice to chill and strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Top with Moet champagne and garnish with a Sonya orchid, or if you can’t locate an orchid, top with an alternative food-grade edible flower.

This Mother’s Day hit cocktail is made for sipping in a quiet garden oasis. It is a well-balanced, fruity, herbal mix that is sure to put a smile on your mom’s face this Mother’s Day. The blend of berries is a perfect complement to the lavender and elderflower and all three flavors are proportioned in a cocktail that is pure bliss to drink and savor.

Ingredients:
2 raspberries
2 ounces lavender-infused Grey Goose Vodka (you will need two sprigs of lavender to infuse the vodka)
¾ ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
Lemon Peel for garnish

Instructions:
To create the lavender-infused Grey Goose Vodka please give yourself 6 days of prep time. Use two sprigs of lavender and allow them to soak in the Grey Goose Vodka for 6 days, then double strain to remove all of the remaining herb.

Once you have created your lavender-infused Grey Goose Vodka you are ready to create your cocktail. Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker. Add the spirits and lemon juice then shake well. Double strain the concoction into a chilled, lavender-rubbed cocktail glass. Express the lemon peel by squeezing it over the drink to release the oils, wipe the glass rim with the peel, then drop it into the glass.

Ingredients:
4 ice cubes
1 (6 ounce) can of frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (12 ounce) shock top beer
12 fluid ounces of vodka

Instructions:
Crush the ice in a blender. Pour in the lemonade concentrate, beer and vodka. Blend until smooth. Pour into frozen glasses and serve.

If you’re having brunch with dad this Father’s Day try Fossil Creek’s take on the Bloody Mary. This one is formulated extra spicy for the more adventurous dads out there.

Cocktail recipe for adults 21 and over only. Please drink responsibly.

Ingredients:
3 large ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
¼ cups of lemon juice
2 jalapenos, stemmed and seeded
1 teaspoon of prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar ½ teaspoon of celery salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
6 ounces or ¾ cup of Absolut Vodka
4 caperberries or large green olives for garnish
4 pickled dilly beans for garnish

Instructions:
Puree tomatoes in a blender with lemon juice, jalapenos, horseradish to taste, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, celery salt and pepper, scraping down the sides as necessary. Stir in Absolut Vodka. Refrigerate until chilled for about 2 hours. Divide among 4 ice filled glasses. Spear caperberries (or olives) and dilly beans on toothpicks to garnish the drinks.

Our Vampire Kiss Tini is the love child of a Vampire and a French Martini with just a splash of champagne to celebrate the brilliance of this creation. The Chambord gives you a truly Halloween inspired darkness.

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Finlandia Vodka
1 ½ oz. Korbel Champagne
3/4 oz. Chambord black raspberry liqueur
Red Sugar for rimming
A thin drizzle of grenadine (for rimming)

Instructions:
Rim a martini glass with red sugar and a thin drizzle of grenadine. Drop a set of vampire teeth in for an added shock. Pour Finlandia Vodka and half of the Chambord into the martini glass. Top with Korbel Champagne. Pour the remaining Chambord over the back of a spoon to make it float at the top. You now have a deliciously creepy cocktail. Happy Halloween!

Ingredients:
Cinnamon (for rimming)
Sugar (for rimming)
2 ounces of Vermont Gold Vodka
5 oz maple syrup
1.5 oz non-alcoholic apple cider

Instructions:
Combine equal parts of sugar and cinnamon on a shallow plate and use to coat the rim of a cocktail glass. Add the vodka and maple syrup to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir and strain into the prepared glass. Top with the cider.

2 ounces of vodka
½ kiwi
½ lime
1 tsp sugar

Instructions:
Peel the kiwi and cut the lime into quarters. Muddle fruit and sugar in a shaker until well crushed and juicy. Add ice and vodka and shake vigorously. Pour all contents into a glass and drink with a straw

Ingredients:
1 ½ ounces of chocolate liqueur
1 ½ ounces of crème de cacao
½ ounce of vodka
2 ½ ounces of half and half or milk
Chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions:
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1 ½ ounces of chocolate liqueur, 1 ½ ounces of crème de cacao, ½ ounce of vodka, 2 ½ ounces of half and half or milk (depending on desired richness of drink). Shake well. Strain mixture into your cocktail glass.

Bring this drink recipe to the party and create your own culinary fireworks!

Patriotic Punch Ingredients

Ingredients:
3-ounce vodka
1 ounce Blue Curacao
2 1/2 ounce unfiltered apple juice
1 1/2 ounce lime juice
jicama
raspberries

Instructions:
Let’s prepare the jicama first. Cut a jicama in half and save the other half in the fridge. Lay the cut side down on a cutting board. Use a chef’s knife to cut down at an angle to cut the skin off. You will take a bit of the jicama with it but that can’t be helped. Now you have a skinned jicama. Keep the jicama with the cut side down and make slices that are about 1/4″ thick. See the photo for an idea of the thickness. Now push straight down with a small star cookie cutter. Put all of the jicama stars and pieces in a container such as a measuring cup and cover them with water. They will keep days in the fridge like this. Now for our cocktail. Mix the vodka, Blue Curacao, apple juice, lime juice together. It’s potent! Fill a tall glass with ice and intersperse with a few raspberries and jicama stars. Pour the cocktail mix over the ice and serve with raspberries on a toothpick and a star on the rim. Happy holiday!

Toast your best canine friend with Fossil Creek’s Dirty Dog Martini but remember it isn’t safe to share alcoholic beverages with your four-legged friends. Our very simple-to-make recipe calls for vodka, grapefruit juice, triple sec, pineapple juice, grapefruit sparkling beverage or soda, ice and of course your dog will be watching inquisitively as you make it, (what is my master doing?!) ! This signature cocktail is light and refreshing and just a touch salty for that zing.

Ingredients:

6 ounces (approx 3/4 cup) grapefruit juice
Salt for rimming
1 1/2 ounces vodka
Dash of triple sec to personal taste
Fresh, or organic pineapple juice to taste
Splash of sparkling grapefruit beverage or soda
Lemon or grapefruit wedge for garnish

Instructions:
Moisten rim of martini glass with grapefruit juice. Dip glass into salt, then fill the glass with ice. Pour vodka and triple sec over ice, and stir in the grapefruit juice. Gently pour the desired amount of pineapple juice over the ice and create “layer effect” if desired. Top it all off with sparkling grapefruit juice beverage or soda, (such as Yerba Mate Sparkling Grapefruit Ginger, or Squirt Soda). Finally, garnish with a lemon or grapefruit wedge.
